Jo Royle offers a collection service for those who wish to collect their online order from theshop. Collection is free, orders will be held for up to 30 days, products can be returned orexchanged upon collection.
Delivery:All mainland UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked; standard Tracked 48 for orders below £250 and Tracked 48 with Signature for orders over £250. Delivery takes 2-3 working days depending on when an order is received and processed, subject to postcode and product availability. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands or rural postcodes may take more than 3 working days.All UK orders under £125 are subject to a delivery charge of £6.65.
All orders over £125 qualify for free delivery.
All European deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and take around 7business days.
You will receive email confirmation including a tracking number when yourproduct has been dispatched. European countries Jo Royle currently ships to are Belgium,France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Delivery is £12for orders of any value. For European countries not on the list; please contact Jo Roylebefore placing you order and we will let you know the delivery fees to your country.
Currently, delivery is not offered to countries outside Europe.
