How long do I have to return an item?
Store purchases; you have 30 days to return any item with proof of purchase. The product must be unworn/unused and in the same condition it was purchased. This excludes underwear and some climbing kit.
Online purchases;
You must contact Jo Royle within 28 days of receiving your order. You will have to pay any return postage costs, tracked postage is required and the returned item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition it was received. This excludes underwearand some climbing kit.
Faulty products.
Everything sold through Jo Royle Outdoor has been selected for its utility and performance.If you are dissatisfied with how your kit has performed, or believe there to be amanufacturing fault with it, please get in contact as soon as possible. The majority of our brands sell their kit with product guarantees; although the length and coverage varies brand-to-brand always let us know to see if we can rectify the problem or provide further advice.
Any product found to be faulty before use will be subject to a full refund. If this order wasmade online initial delivery costs and return postage costs will be refunded, so long as theappropriate returns process has been followed. Products that have been used will need tobe first assessed by the store and potentially sent to the brand for further assessment.I want something by a brand you stock but don’t have in store or online
Due to the independent nature of the shop, we can place Special Orders for many productsthat are outside our core range if we have a relationship with that brand.
Special Ordersmust be paid for up front and payment can only be taken in store.
Due to Special Ordersbeing outside our Core Range, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on these productsunless found to be faulty.
