Returns

Returns:If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, contact Jo Royle within 28 days of receipt, and you will be provided with a returns number via email.

You will have to pay an yreturn postage costs, tracked postage is required and the returned item must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Items that are received faulty will have theirpostage costs refunded.

Underwear and some climbing kit cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
