Free in store footwear fitting service: buy what your mate recommends? Buy what thereviews say are good? Buy what you like the look of? It will likely serve you well for a newjumper but when it comes to footwear everyone’s feet are different.
At Jo Royle we employ the use of a Volumental 3-D footscanner, alongside traditional Brannock device measuring, to get a complete picture of the length, width and shape of yourfeet and arches. Using this information, we can recommend socks, arch supports andoutdoor footwear suited not only to your intended use but suited to your unique feet.
Even if you don’t buy anything from us, we will happily help you and make recommendations.
Free in store rucksack fitting service: an important, and often overlooked, aspect of any outdoor enthusiast’s kit is a well-fitting rucksack. At Jo Royle we stock women’s specific andunisex packs, often in 2 different back lengths, meaning we can get the right length andwidth for your shape. We explain how a pack should sit, how weight should be distributedacross the body and how to adjust a pack to get the right fit.
Páramo Shop-in-Shop perks:
As an authorised Páramo Shop-in-Shop we can order anything from Páramo and have itdelivered in 1-2 working days to the store or a home address (so long as Páramo have theproduct in stock). Any Shop-in-Shop orders can be returned or exchanged if not right.
Páramo repairs:
We can send any Páramo product to Páramo for assessment, cleaning or repairs and take out all the hassle for you. Bring your product to the shop, explain what you would like and we do the rest.
Páramo recycling scheme:
Any Páramo Nikwax Analogy product, irrespective of age or condition (so long as it is clean),can be recycled in store and in return you will receive a £50 off voucher to spend on anyother Páramo product worth over £140 RRP.For any other Páramo garment you’ll get a £10 discount on a new item worth more than £25RRP. Due to the nature of this service the £50 and £10 vouchers must be redeemed at thesame time an item is traded in for recycling.

Special Order service:
As an independent store we have greater flexibility in what we can get hold of compared tolarger chain retailers. We can place Special Orders for many products that are outside ourcore range if we have a relationship with that brand. Special Orders do come with somecaveats; orders must be paid for up front and payment can only be taken in store. Due to Special Orders being outside our Core Range, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered onthese products unless they are faulty. But if you know you want the product, or want it in aspecific colourway, let us know and we can make enquiries for you.
